Definitions

• • ESCAPE is defined as an outdoor theme park and includes all rides, attractions and activities contain therein.
• • CUSTOMER is a term used to address our patrons using the online ticketing service/facility.
• • TRANSACTION is referred to as the process of purchasing ESCAPE ticket(s).

Terms & Conditions

• • By using the online ticketing facility, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions, please discontinue your access of this online service immediately.
• • Online tickets is ESCAPE's electronic ticketing facility which enables our customers to purchase tickets from their desired location utilising internet connection.
• • By using this online ticketing facility, you represent and warrant that you are of the age of 18 years old or above, are of sound mind, and are not disqualified from contracting by any law to which you are subject.

Disclaimer

• • Unlike other theme parks, ESCAPE offers self-directed, outdoor play and oftentimes, a risk of a certain activity depends on the attitude and aggressiveness of the person participating in the activity. Therefore, it is inevitable that there will be inherent risks which comes part and parcel with participating in such activities.
• • Admission to ESCAPE is subject to ESCAPE's Park Rules and Regulations, which are located at the entrance of the Park.
• • We may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, close ESCAPE or any part of it temporarily, and/or restrict admission to ESCAPE and/or change the operating hours and attractions at our discretion.

Liability Waiver

In consideration of ESCAPE consenting to the participation of its events, facilities and services, I acknowledge, agree, and undertake the following:

1. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent dangers and risks involved by participating in ESCAPE's facilities and services, and that my participation is voluntary.
2. I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age, acknowledge that I owe duty of care towards any accompanying minor(s), and warrant to take all reasonable effort to ensure that the minor(s) comply with all the terms and safety instructions.
3. I acknowledge that minor(s) are exposed to a higher level of risk and thus, require extra care and protection from their respective guardian/parents.
4. I shall undertake to indemnify ESCAPE from any and all payments, expenses, costs, and legal fees resulting from any claims and liability.
5. I agree that I shall be solely responsible for all my belongings. I shall not hold ESCAPE responsible for any losses.

Park Rules

1. Follow all the instructions given to you by our staff.
2. Comply with instructions provided via signage, lights, safety briefing, recorded message, or other indication.
3. Our park and facilities undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance to ensure a reasonably safe and enjoyable experience.
4. Parents are obliged to supervise their children at all times. Children of age 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Outside food & beverages are not allowed into the park.
6. Pets and other animals are not allowed into the park.
7. Smoking is forbidden within the park, except in designated areas.
8. The park captures moments of fun and this includes photography and videography of guests within the park.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia excluding its conflict of rules and principles.
